Oakleigh Park House and surrounding estate was acquired by the Mountbrook Group in 2003.
The property comprises 27.4 hectares (67.6 acres) of agriculturally zoned land located approximately 1.5km west of Celbridge town centre and adjacent to the established residential developments of Oldtown Mill and St. Raphael’s Manor.
The Mountbrook Group have a long and successful history in the town of Celbridge. Earlier developments include St. Raphaels and Owltown Mill.
The development of the St. Raphaels was carried out in three phase starting in 1996 and concluding in 2001. The St. Raphael’s development consisted of the construction of 283 houses and 190 apartment over a five year period.
To date there have been two phases of the Oldtown Mill development completed. Starting in 2002 phase 1 & 2 cosisted of the development of 293 residential units.
