Mountbrook Group today received An Bord Pleanála’s decision to refuse their proposed redevelopment of the D4 Hotels Site at Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The proposed development would have broken the mould for Ireland in terms of providing a high class mixed use development on this strategic site.

MOUNTBROOK GROUP UNVEILS PLANS FOR JURYS BERKELEY COURT SITE
- LANDMARK 37 STOREY TOWER PROPOSED –

The Mountbrook Group has unveiled plans for the Jurys Berkeley Court 7 acre site at Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The plan includes a new landmark 37 storey tower standing 132 metres, sculpted like a diamond. It will have at its base, a cultural quarter and will be positioned at the entrance to the former Jurys Hotel and be centred on the median of Pembroke Road.
